Andrew is a property professional with 25 years’ experience covering all aspects of development from high-density residential apartments to master planned estates, commercial, industrial, and education projects.
On completing his engineering and construction degrees, Andrew worked in the UK focusing on residential apartment developments in the London Docklands. On relocating to Australia in 1999, Andrew gained broad experience working in a Project Management role for a Sydney Project Management and Development company prior to working for Stockland for eight years as a Senior Development Manager responsible for multiple master-planned communities, medium density housing projects and land acquisitions.
In mid-2012 Andrew left the corporate sector and established his own Development and Project Management business which undertook a range of activities in the property sector consulting to government, corporate and private clients. In 2018, Andrew partnered with Will to form Avenue Property (Aust) Pty Ltd.
Andrew’s strengths lie with his ability to assess the wider project with not only strong commercial acumen and in-depth knowledge of design, approvals and delivery but also has the people skills to make a real difference to a project.
