Originally an Architect, Will progressed and worked at Stockland and Mirvac as a Development Manager across numerous large scale masterplanned communities and medium density projects. Following which Will became the Regional Manager of Development for Defence Housing Australia, a successful national Government Business Enterprise.
He also held a Development Director role for a Chinese State Owned Enterprise financing and managing funds into residential property deals in both the Sydney and Brisbane markets. He has been directly involved in acquisitions, planning, financing and delivery of some of Sydney’s best performing residential projects, with exposure to numerous other projects with an eye for potential purchase/investment.
Will’s strength is in analysing projects and determining the highest and best use at any point of the value chain. Will is able to clearly communicate and manage teams to implement strategies to deal with opportunities and risk, for the best outcome of the project and client.
